This formula can be used to support health with or without symptoms. If symptoms are present, take 1 level teaspoon of the powder (8 capsules) three times daily. This formula tastes pretty decent. The cinnamon twig obviously tastes like cinnamon, while the da zao dates and gancao licorice adds a sort of cola taste to the finished product.
Most could even enjoy this formula for it’s taste alone.
