If you have a local Chinese herb pharmacy, you may not need Eagle Herbs to provide you with your herbs.
However, for whatever reason, sometimes it is difficult to get a decent consultation from these pharmacies. In this case, you are welcome to make use of Eagle Herbs’ extensive experience in Chinese herbalism.
A $40 consultation will take between 20 and 60 minutes. Basically, if you’re in a hurry, I can usually get the information that I need inside of 20 minutes, but many people have a few questions too, so things can take a bit longer.
The outcome of this process is either the name of a formula that will benefit you, or the individual ingredients should you be in a position to have a custom formula filled at your local Chinese herb pharmacy.
This is where you can get a refill for your custom formula. No additional cost for consultation. Feel free to use the “contact” form to initiate that conversation.
Or just reorder your custom-blended formula below and if additional information is needed, we’ll be in touch…
Chinese medicine diagnostics are reliant on the so-called “four examinations.” These diagnostic methods consist of:
- Observation: where by visual information is used to guide the diagnosis.
- Palpation: in which touch is used, this is where we get in to pulse and abdominal diagnosis.
- Listening & Smelling: this listening consists of hearing what a cough sounds like for instance. The smelling is obviously using your nose to determine what’s going on diagnostically.
- Inquiry: this is where a practitioner will ask many questions.
