Ingredients

Shu Di Huang 熟地黄 cooked rehmannia root, prepared Chinese foxglove root Rehmanniae Radix preparata [Pregnancy Note]
This herb’s roots go very deep, like the Kidneys, according to Chinese medicine anatomy. They’re also very black, also consistant with the CM Kidneys. When this herb is steamed, it becomes very supportive of the Kidneys and thus it is included here.
