Qi Ju Di Huang Wan is a good first choice for computer users. Staring at a computer for too long depletes the “liver blood” (the liver energy goes to the eyes) and makes them dry. Its like pre-menopause for your vision but instead of hot flashes you get tired, dry and fuzzy vision.
This a less strong formula than Ming Mu Di Huang Wan. Go to the Ming Mu if you are also getting bad headaches as well.
