Wen Dan Tang – feeling stuck, angry, rage and heavy
Ding Zhi Wan – for really bad spirit calming yet shy at the same time
Yue Ju Wan – stuck in all areas, also depressed
Tian Ma Gou Teng Wan – headaches, “everything in the head”, feel like you have high blood pressure
Zhu Sha An Shen Wan – This is a very potent formula for those with heat in their Stomach, Large Intestine and Heart. This heat can cause restlessness, panic attacks, and generalized anxiety.
Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan – This is our most requested formula. It is really good for many forms of stress, frustration, anger and PMS.

Visit our Bloating category – listed below are some popular ones – TIPS: For most people bloating will want to look at the food stagnation formulas such as Bao He Wan and Zhi Shi Ping Wei San – especially if the bloating goes away 3 or 4 hours after eating. If the bloating is constant look towards Xiang Sha Lui Jun Zi Tang. If there is heat then the Lian Po Wan and Huang Qin Tang are good, especially if the bowels are involved. Bloating is most always a “spleen Qi Deficiency” and you want to stay away from cold drinks and foods – even a lot of salads.

Zhi Shi Ping Wei San– This is a very good formula for overeating or those who have trouble digesting food, feel bloated after eating and/or have trouble losing weight even when they exercise.

Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Tang (Saussurea-and-Cardamon-Combination) – This formula is for people with weak digestion who have bloating with just eating a little food or even after drinking a little water.

Da Jian Zhong Tang (Major Construct the Middle) – This is for digestion such as in SIBO sufferers. The digestive symptoms seem to be worse with cold foods or weather. This formula warms up the middle and the ginger is a great herb having “probiotic” qualities. I make no claims for helping all forms of SIBO with this but many people seem to have found this formula useful.

Lian Po Yin (Coptis and Magnolia Bark Drink) – This formula is for a particular kind of bloating, the one as if there’s a rock in the pit of your stomach. The key to this formula is a lot of heat like a red face. It is also commonly used for other gastric issues including bad breath or tummy ache

Modified Six Milled [ingredients] Decoction (Liu Mo Tang Jia Wei) – Liu Mo Tang Jia Wei regulates the qi of the middle. When stress affects the stomach and intestinal function this formula helps calm it down.[/ms_accordion_item]
