The Jin Shui Huan Xian has been a big seller for us and has helped a lot of people.

However, the price of Ren Shen – Ginseng has gone up. ALOT. So we now are offering the same formula with Dang Shen Codonopis in a slightly higher dosage. This should have the same effects, for some it might feel better. This is a substitution that has been made for thousands of years often for the same reasons.

Mai Men Dong Ophiopogonis Radix – Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin and helps stop coughing 10

Sheng Di Huang Rehmanniae Radix – Nourishes Yin, generates Fluids 10

Gua Lou Trichosanthis Fructus – Clears Lung Heat 12

Zhe Bei Mu Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus – Clears Heat, transforms Phlegm and stops coughing 8

Mu Dan Pi Moutan Cortex – Clears Heat and cools (and harmonizes) the Blood 10

Yin Yang Huo  (Xian Ling Pi) Epimedii Herba – Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang  5

Bai Guo Ginkgo Semen – Astringes the Lungs, expels Phlegm and stops wheezing 5

Bai Tou Weng Pulsatillae Radix – Clears Heat, cools the Blood and resolves Fire toxicity 5

Yi Yi Ren Coicis Semen – Strengthens the Spleen and resolves Dampness 10

Chen Pi Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium – Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle and relieves the diaphragm 10

Start the dosage at 1 small spoon (supplied) twice a day. Each spoon is 2 grams. You can go up to 2-3 spoons twice a day. The dosage for capsules would be 4-12 capsules twice a day.
