This is a combination of two formulas Major Construct the Middle and Ginseng and Cinnamon. If you are taking this, start with a low dosage and work your way up to best meet your comfort level.
I have put in some Coptis- Huang Lian which contains Berberine as well as Zhi Shi ย (Aurantii)ย which regulatesย the intestines.

- These two herbs are very warm in nature. If ice cream causes pain, think of these herbs as doing the opposite. They warm to support a comfortable digestion.
