This is a combination of two formulas Major Construct the Middle and Ginseng and Cinnamon. If you are taking this, start with a low dosage and work your way up to best meet your comfort level.
I have put in some Coptis- Huang Lian which contains Berberine as well as Zhi Shi (Aurantii) which regulates the intestines.
