Chinese medicine has a category of symptoms called “summer heat”. “Heat Stroke” as defined in Western Medicine can be dangerous and fatal in fact. True heat stroke should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. If you have seen a doctor or otherwise are out of danger but still have lingering symptoms then this formula is for that.
Obviously people get this when in the sun too long and is often made worse in modern times by then going into a cold building or air conditioned car.
The symptoms are of “summer heat” dizziness, fatigue, just feeling “off”, heavy sensations of the body, weakness, nausea, loss of appetite etc….
However, we do have good success with a very unique formula. We can’t put watermelon rind in the formula but you can eat watermelon and especially the white part of the rind. Drink water but nothing too cold please.
