This has been studied for use in a number of problems. It resembles Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin. In Chinese medicine this means “wind” or sudden, quickly moving actions such as facial tics and other diseases we can’t name due to the FDA.
Bai-Shaoย (Radix Paeoniae Alba) – Bai Shao moves blood but also “stabilizes” thus helping with muscle tension, spasm, and pain
Tian-Maย (Rhizoma Gastrodiae) –ย One of major herbs for spasms and “wind”. Also very expen
Bai Ji-Liย (Fructus Tribuli )- mainly moves blood to get rid of stagnation
Gou-Tengย ย (Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis) – With Tian Ma stops spasms
Ling-Zhiย ย (Lucid Ganoderma) – interesting herb that calms the spirit
Shou-Wu-Tengย ย (Caulis Polygoni Multiflori) – Also known as He Shou Wu and helps moves blood through the extremities.
Suan-Zao-Renย ย (Semen Ziziphi Spinosae) – Helps spasms, builds blood
Wu-Wei-Ziย (Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis )ย – stabilizes
Zhi-Ziย (Fructus Gardeniae ) – clear heat
