We don’t sell anything to anyone and only contact you for 1) something important 2) general inquiry specific to the herbs you bought i.e. “how you doing?”. We have no access to your credit card or paypal information because that is totally off our site when you actually pay for things.
In those few cases where you call us directly and we take your credit card number over the phone, we’re using the Paypal and again, your card’s information is not saved beyond the time necessary to complete this transaction. Thanks, Doug 2018

Yeah, we’re totally with you on this. We would be reading this page too.
The upshot will be something along the lines of don’t worry, because we don’t share your contact information, personal data, ANYTHING. Period. We don’t like to exploit customers’ personal information for marketing either. Just don’t like it when others do that to me, so there it is.
Sometimes we may put a positive feedback letter up when we have your permission and without your name.
We do require your phone number when you buy something. There are a few reasons for this. Sometimes a formula will contain an herb that we don’t ship without a quick chat such as Fu Zi (Rx. Aconite). Or if there is a problem with your order, we can contact you quickly to resolve it.
In regards to financial information security, the Paypal site is where any and all credit card numbers are inputted, none of that takes place at EagleHerbs.com, and Paypal is about as a secure a site as you can find.
That is all, continue on with your day now.
Be well, be VERY well.

Most of this page was written over almost 10 years ago and its still all true. Since then the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was enacted in Europe. As far as we know we comply with this although we aren’t going to send a notice to everyone to say that we aren’t going to bug them with unnecessary emails (which seems kind of silly). Thanks, Doug 2018
