We make each formula for you fresh from the individual herbs. This allows us to offer a wide range of formulas as well as customize your formula. For this reason, safety and legal issues again - we cannot offer refunds on formulas if they do not work out for you.

We have good experiences shipping to Canada but all International orders are fully at buyers risk. We cannot refund orders that are not delivered or have custom charges.
