I am very excited about being able to carry this product. I have used it successfully for patients for crying for no reason and/or crying for good reason. It helps to calm and to help with sleep. It is a nice blend of two important formulas: Gan Mai Da Zao Tang and Suan Zao Ren Tang.

This is a liquid formula in either a 2 or a 4 oz. glass bottle. Use 2 or 3 “squirts” at a time in warm water. It is preserved with alcohol.

In Chinese Medicine terms, Gan Mai Da Zao Tang is used for deficient heart “qi” and “blood“. The spirit then “floats” causing agitation and is unstable. It has been used for hundreds of years for menopausal symptoms, anxiety and sleepwalking.

Suan Zao Ren Tang is a classic formula for insomnia as well as anxiety with symptoms such as heart palpitations and night sweating.

• Xiao Mai 浮小麥 light wheat grain Tritici Fructus Levi
• Da Zao 大棗 jujube, Chinese date Jujubae Fructus
• Gan Cao 甘草 licorice root Radix Glycyrrhizae [caution]

Again: use 2 or 3 “squirts” at a time in warm water 2 to 3 times a day. I warn you that it is preserved with alcohol. Should only be used by those over 21 or by state law.
