Category: Thermal Natures
Are you hot or are you not?
You can find out for sure by taking the self-test.
These thermal qualities have two uses.
1. They may describe your nature. Some people are the first to put on a sweater when it cools off, others will be the last. These differences in one’s thermal nature help narrow down the correct formula for any given issue. More importantly, knowing your thermal nature (along with body-type) can help prevent adverse events (“side effects”).
2. The other use of thermal qualities are for acute or short-lived issues. For instance, an ingrown nail that is infected will feel warm to the touch, look red in color, and perhaps produce some pus. All of these indicate a localized heat condition. This can happen in someone who runs warm or cool.
