Wu Wei Zi Schisandra chinensis
San Qi Panax notoginseng. INCLUDED
Zhe Bei Mu Bulbus fritillariae thunbergii
Zhi Mu Rhizoma anemarrhenae
Gan Cao Glycyrrhiza uralensis
Dosage would be 1-2 small spoons of the granules 2-3 times a day. Each spoon is 2 grams. If you get capsules that will be 4 capsules per spoon.
