Bing Lang 檳榔 betel nut; areca seed; areaca Semen Arecae Catechu [use caution if pregnant]

Hou Po 厚朴 magnolia bark Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis [use caution if pregnant]

Rou Gui 肉桂 inner bark of Saigon cinnamon, cinnamon bark Cinnamomi Cortex [don’t use if pregnant]

Zi Su Ye 紫蘇葉(紫苏叶) perilla leaf Folium Perillae Frutescentis [supports pregnancy]

Chen Pi 陳皮 aged tangerine peel, citrus Citri reticulatae Pericarpium

Sheng Jiang 生薑 fresh ginger rhizome Zingiberis Rhizoma

Gan Cao 甘草 licorice root Radix Glycyrrhizae [caution]

Mu Xiang 木香 costus root, saussurea, auklandia Aucklandiae Radix

Da Huang 大黄 rhubarb root and rhizome Radix et Rhizoma Rhei [don’t use if pregnant]

This formula can be used to support health with or without symptoms. If symptoms are present, take 1 level teaspoon of the powder (8 capsules) three times daily.
