Description

This is a combination of the formulas Major Construct the Middle (Da Jian Tang), Wei Mei Wan and Ginseng and Cinnamon. If you are taking this, start with a low dosage and work your way up to best meet your comfort level.

It is for stomach pain, cold hands and feet and irritability.

     

Ingredients

Chuan Jiao 川椒 fruit of Sichuan pepper, Chinese prickly-ash, zanthoxylum Pericarpium Zanthoxyli Bungeani

Gan Jiang 乾姜 dried ginger rhizome Zingiberis Rhizoma [use caution if pregnant]

  • These two herbs are very warm in nature. If ice cream causes pain, think of these herbs as doing the opposite. They warm to support a comfortable digestion.

Huang Lian – Coptis – clears heat

Huang Bai – Cortex Phellodendri – clear heat

Wu Mei – fructus mume – calm stomach

Bai Shao – white peony – calm stomach

Chuan Lian Zi – Fructus Toosendan

Gui Zhi 桂枝 (Saigon) cinnamon twig, cassia twig Ramulus Cinnamomi Cassiae

Ren Shen 人蔘 ginseng root Radix Panax Ginseng

Bai Zhu 白术 , bai shu ovate atractylodes, (white) atractylodes rhizome [supports pregnancy]

Zhi Shi Aurantii)
