Details of Gentle CHO

The first three herbs in this formula move the blood. Ze Xie promotes downward draining. Therefore this formula should taken with some degree of caution for those on blood thinners such as Coumadin (warfarin sodium) and similar products. These herbs are also said to support healthy cholesterol levels. Because of this it is possible that these herbs may have the same side effects as cholesterol medications such as muscle weakness and soreness. (The big muscles of the upper thigh is common)
