This is a well researched formula that is a variation of Di Huang Yin Zi. The Jia Jian is less warming which can be a good thing for many who also have heat. About the Di Huang Yin Zi according to a 2015 PubMed account under certain conditions those taking “the DHYZ group showed a more effective improvement on cognition, behavior as well global function.”

A Big Dosage for Short-lived but intense issues: 3 little spoons (12 capsules) twice a day.
