also known as Dungkulcha, Fairy Herb, Ginseng du Sud, Gynostemma, Gynostemma pedatum, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Herbe de l’Immortalité, Immortality Herb, Jiao Chu Lan, Miracle Grass, Penta Tea, Planta Tea.
This is an interesting herb. I can’t say I’m a big fan of it, having taking it and not having the miracle I was hoping for although perhaps I am indeed Immortal as an alternative name for it suggests. Time will tell.
It is the main ingredient in Penta or Planta Tea.
