Jia Wei Xiao Yao is probably the most popular formula in the West (stress etc…)
Because some people don’t like or can’t take Chai Hu – Buplerum) we have substituted Xiang Fu and Mei Gui Hua for the Chai Hu. Both are good at moving liver qi while not being as harsh and drying as Chai Hu. You can read more about Jia Wei Xiao Yao here.
