Yu Jin – Radix Curcumae
Liver Qi Stagnation with chest, flank and abdomen pain
Yan Hu Suo – Rhizoma Corydalis
For pain of the chest, abdomen or limbs
Huo Ma Ren 火麻仁 hemp seeds, canabis seeds, linum Semen Canibis
Full of lubricating oil, this seed lubricates the intestines to guide out waste. There are no psychoactive properties in the canabis seed.
Da Huang 大黄 rhubarb root and rhizome Radix et Rhizoma Rhei [don’t use if pregnant ]
This herb helps move out “excess” from the Intestines. It thus addresses the branch symptom of this condition.
Bai Shao 白芍 white peony root, peony Paeoniae Radix alba [supports pregnancy ]
This herb is lubricating to the intestines thus addressing the root cause of this condition. For the record, there is absolutely no psychoactive functions in marijuana seeds.
Hou Po 厚朴 magnolia bark Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis [use caution if pregnant ]
This herb addresses qi stagnation in the intestines which can be translated as a disregulation of the movement within the intestines. End result is that this herb focuses on gurgling, bloating, and distension.
Xing Ren 杏仁 apricot seed or kernel Semen Pruni Armeniacae
Another seed, more oil to lubricate the intestines from the inside. It is also a good herb for qi of both the Lungs and Large Intestine downward. That means it is good for asthma as well as constipation.
Zhi Shi 枳實 unripe bitter orange, chih-shih Aurantii Fructus immaturus [use caution if pregnant ]
Like Hou Po above, this herb regulates intestinal movement.

DOSAGE:
Eagle Herbs is now supplying a 2 gram “little spoon”. (Please wash and dry before using.)
An “average dose” is 10 grams per day of the granules. This means 5 “little spoons” or 20 capsules each day. Each capsule is 1/2 gram.
A Big Dosage for Short-lived but intense issues: 3 little spoons (12 capsules) twice a day.
A Smaller Dosage for Lingering low-grade concerns: 2 little spoons (8 capsules) twice a day.
If you are very sensitive to medicines: start out low (1/2 little spoon or 2 capsules) once per day, and raise the dosage each day.
We find that people find the right dosage for themselves. We don’t know your body weight, your sensitivity etc… So take what feels good for you and you get the results you are looking for. Many people get great results with taking less.
