An Zhong San is for stomach pain due to cold. This can come about by eating too many cold foods like a constant diet of salads and smoothies made from iced fruit. Put some Ginger in there with your smoothie. For women (and men I guess) showing off that belly button in all types of weather doesn’t help. Surfers here in Southern California get it too. This is a very warming formula.
