Bai Zhu – Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi and dries Dampness.
Fu Ling – Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen
Dang Shen – Tonifies Spleen and Stomach Qi. For Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency with Dampness with diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal distention and fatigue.
Shan Yao – Tonifies the Spleen, nourishes Stomach Yin and stops diarrhea.
Rou Dou Kou – Astringes the Intestines, stops diarrhea, warms the Middle Jiao, regulates Qi and alleviates pain.
Shan Zha – Reduces and guides out Food Stagnation, transforms accumulationsand stops diarrhea.
Shen Qu – Reduces Food Stagnation, moves Qi,promotes digestion and harmonizes the Stomach.
Mai Ya – Reduces Food Stagnation, improves digestion and strengthens the Stomach.
Mu Xiang – Promotes the movement of Qi, adjusts and regulates stagnant Qi in the Intestines, strengthens the Spleen, prevents Stagnation and alleviates pain.
